The Moomin Chess Corner

Moomin talker, which's primarly purpose is to offer a nice place to chat, has several other opportunities, one of which is chess (the situation is unlike to the situation on say the ICS, which is meant for chess, chatting on the ICS is not very comfortable). The chess support is not complete yet, and the development continues. Help files describing the current state (how to customize and play chess) are available.

Bugs

NB! The current implementation of chess on Moomin has a lot of known bugs. En passant is not available, you can move your king under the check, you can castle even after you've moved your king (if you use xboard as your client, some of those bugs disappear), most of the xboard commands do not work yet. But check around!
